I've made this course with two people in mind.
The first is for the beginners.
This course is a perfect starting point if you've always been interested in music but haven't had the time or opportunity to learn.
Beginning a new skill can be daunting, which is why I've tried to put this course together in a simple and structured way to ensure a smooth and enjoyable learning experience.
We start from the basics, gradually building your knowledge in a step-by-step process. No prior experience is required – just your enthusiasm and love for music!
And secondly, for those returning to music.
If you've previously studied music but stepped away due to life's commitments, this course serves as an ideal refresher.
As someone with prior experience, you'll pick it up again in no time, but this course will speed up that process and help bridge any gaps in your knowledge.
It's never too late to revisit and revitalize your passion for music, especially now that you might have more time to dedicate to your instrument!
This course covers EVERYTHING you need to know at grade 1. I've broken down all that information into eight modules.
Here's an outline of what we cover in each module:
Module 1: Notating Rhythm
Module 2: Time Signatures
Module 3: Notes On The Staff
Module 4: Notating Pitch
Module 5: More Time Values
Module 6: Harmony
Module 7: Grouping Notes & Rests
Module 8: Performance Directions
I'm not launching it on my website until next week.
But before I open it up to everyone else, I wanted to give everyone on my newsletter an exclusive discount to get it for over 30% off!
After this week, it'll go up to the full price of $97.

Hey Reader, Thanks to everyone who's signed up so far! I'm very grateful for your support. Let me know your feedback, as I want to keep improving it and need to know if anything can be explained better. I also just wanted to answer a few of the common questions I've had to save replying to people individually. Here goes. Q. Is the course live? No, this course is all pre-recorded lessons, so you can watch them whenever you want and in your own time. Watch them once, twice, even ten times!...
Hey Reader, I hope you had a nice weekend. It was a very wet and miserable one here in the UK. But we had another Thanksgiving lunch with some American friends up in London, which was great fun. Anyway, this week, I've got another free resource to send you: one of our music theory practice papers! But first, I just wanted to remind you that there are less than 18 hours left to save in our Cyber Monday sale, which ends TODAY. Here's a reminder of what we've got on offer: Study Guides Bundle -...
